WPExtent is a digital services agency operating from Bangladesh and currently completing formal business registration. We provide professional digital solutions including, but not limited to:

- Any other digital services offered by WPExtent from time to time
Specific project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will always be defined in a written proposal, agreement, or invoice issued to the client before work begins.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or website. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with verified parental or legal guardian consent.
By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. WPExtent reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this eligibility criteria.
Services & Scope of Work
Each project will have a clearly defined scope agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. This may take the form of a project proposal, service agreement, or invoice that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Any work requested outside the originally agreed scope may require additional time, additional charges, or both. WPExtent will notify the client before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
WPExtent reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offering where necessary. If this affects an active project, we will communicate with the client promptly to reach a fair resolution.
Payments & Billing
Payment terms will be clearly stated in the project proposal or invoice. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Work will begin after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. WPExtent does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its systems.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at wpextent.com/refund-policy. We strongly encourage all clients to review it before making any payment.
As a general principle, refunds may not be available for digital services that have already been completed or substantially delivered. Exceptions may apply where specifically stated in the Refund Policy or agreed in writing prior to the engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the WPExtent website — including text, graphics, logos, branding, and design materials — is the property of WPExtent and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
For client projects, full ownership and usage rights transfer to the client only upon receipt of complete payment. Until that point, all work created by WPExtent remains the intellectual property of WPExtent.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute WPExtent's proprietary materials, systems, or tools without prior written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the project. Providing incorrect or misleading information may affect deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Clients are responsible for delivering required materials (such as text, images, and data) on time. Delays caused by late delivery of client materials are not the responsibility of WPExtent.
Clients must ensure that any content they supply does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or contain harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material. WPExtent is not responsible for any legal issues, claims, or penalties arising from client-provided content.
Confidentiality
WPExtent treats all client project information as confidential. This includes project briefs, business details, creative assets, technical specifications, and any other materials shared during the course of an engagement.
Client data will only be used for the purposes of delivering the agreed services. It will not be shared with third parties except where legally required or where the client has given explicit written consent.
Access to client information within the WPExtent team is restricted to those who need it to carry out their work. All team members are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality standards.
Acceptable Use
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Project Delivery
Delivery timelines provided by WPExtent are estimates based on the agreed project scope. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party factors.
WPExtent is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, scope changes, or issues with external services. In such cases, timelines will be adjusted and the client will be notified.
Any additional work requested outside the original agreement may result in extra time and charges. WPExtent will always communicate scope changes and associated costs before proceeding.
Limitation of Liability
WPExtent provides services with reasonable professional care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, website traffic levels, conversion rates, or business revenue. These depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, WPExtent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
WPExtent is also not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to third-party services.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve the use of third-party tools and platforms, including but not limited to hosting providers, content management systems, analytics tools, payment gateways, and advertising networks.
WPExtent is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing changes, or privacy practices of any third-party service. Each provider operates under its own terms and policies, and we encourage clients to review those independently.
Termination
WPExtent may suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to fulfil payment obligations, or engages in behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or contrary to our policies. In such cases, WPExtent will retain ownership of any unpaid work until all outstanding amounts are settled.
Clients may terminate a project in accordance with the terms set out in their specific project agreement or proposal. Termination does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Refund eligibility in termination scenarios is subject to our Refund Policy.
Upon termination by either party, WPExtent will retain any work completed up to that point and invoice for work done to date if not already covered by prior payments.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct, good-faith communication. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through open dialogue.
If direct communication does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the parties may agree to pursue mediation before escalating to formal legal proceedings.
Where a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation or mediation, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh under the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the appropriate jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
For international clients, these Terms still apply. We will always endeavour to resolve matters amicably before any formal legal steps are taken.
Changes to These Terms
WPExtent may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, please discontinue use of the website and contact us at hi@wpextent.com.
